New Delhi: The Department of Posts, Delhi Circle, will conduct its monthly Dak Adalat on September 18, 2026, to address pending public grievances related to postal services in Delhi.
The hearing will begin at 11 am at the Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Delhi Circle, Meghdoot Bhawan, near Jhandewalan Metro Station, New Delhi.
The Dak Adalat will allow complainants to present their grievances personally and seek on-the-spot resolution. However, the Circle-level hearing will consider only those complaints that were previously raised at the Divisional Level Dak Adalat but remain unresolved.
Complainants must send their grievances to the Assistant Director (CS), Office of the Chief Postmaster General, Delhi Circle, by September 2, 2026.

The department has advised applicants to keep their complaints brief, specific and related to postal services. General complaints and matters concerning government policy will not be entertained at the Dak Adalat.
