Kolar: MLC Dr. Ravi C.T. has criticised Congress leaders for accepting electoral outcomes when they win but blaming electronic voting machines (EVMs) or the electoral system when they lose.
Addressing the controversy over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, Ravi questioned the opposition to the verification process, arguing that those alleging fake voter entries should support efforts to identify deceased voters, people who have relocated and individuals registered at multiple locations. He said constitutional institutions such as the Election Commission should not be questioned without justification.
Reiterating his party’s “Nation First” policy, Ravi highlighted its stated commitment to the empowerment of the poor and the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas”. He also referred to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of making India a prosperous nation by 2047.

Targeting the Karnataka Congress government, Ravi alleged delays in implementing its pre-election guarantee schemes. He raised concerns over pending payments for farmers’ ragi, jowar and tur dal crops, as well as outstanding milk subsidies.
He further claimed that pension payments to 23 lakh beneficiaries had been halted and sought an explanation for delays in disbursing funds under the Gruha Lakshmi scheme.
Ravi also criticised price increases involving milk, fuel, electricity and property registration, alleging that rising costs and corruption were placing an additional burden on the public.
