Mumbai, Aug 9 (IANS) Actress Nikita Rawal was caught completely off guard during a recent red carpet appearance after a female fan approached her and unexpectedly kissed her on the lips, leaving her totally surprised and even visibly uncomfortable.
This awkward moment of Nikita has garnered a lot of eyeballs on social media.
The video circulating on social media shows Nikita posing for the paparazzi on the red carpet during an event. While she was busy facing the cameras, one of her female fans came to her asking for a selfie.
At the beginning of the conversation, Nikita seems to be comfortable, but things rapidly went out of hand as the admirer unexpectedly kissed Nikita on the cheek. However, she did not stop at that. After kissing her on the cheek, the fan pulled Nikita in and also kissed her on the lips. Visibly taken aback by this sudden gesture, Nikita even tried to stop the fan, but it was of no use as the fan kept holding on to Nikita, making her feel completely awkward.
Before leaving, the admirer kissed Nikita on the cheek yet again, fully aware that the entire things is being recorded by the cameras.
Reacting to the clip, netizens remarked in the comment section, “this is assault. they should have taken action against her”, This is not appreciable…”, and “That’s harassment”.
Talking about Nikita’s film trajectory, she has worked in both Bollywood and South cinema, with projects such as ‘Black & White’, ‘Mr Hot Mr Kool’, ‘The Hero – Abhimanyu’, ‘Ammaa Ki Boli’, ‘Garam Masala’, and ‘Cute Kamina’ to her credit.
