Bengaluru: In a major overnight operation to crack down on rowdy elements, the Whitefield Sub-Division Police conducted surprise inspections across multiple police station limits, verifying the residences of more than 100 habitual offenders and warning them against engaging in criminal activities.

The operation, carried out between 11 pm on Friday and 4 am on Saturday, was led by Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Reena Suvarna. Police teams visited the homes of 80 rowdy sheeters, 25 persons listed under the Modus Operandi Bureau (MOB) and 29 other habitual offenders, issuing stern warnings to stay away from illegal activities.

Sharing details of the drive on social media platform X, ACP Reena Suvarna said those with criminal backgrounds had been cautioned against violating the law and warned that strict legal action would be taken against anyone found involved in criminal activities.
