Hyderabad, Aug 14 (IANS) The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has complained to the Lokayukta against Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy over alleged “illegal” allotment of five acres of land to a company linked to his family.
A delegation of BRS public representatives formally filed a complaint before the Lokayukta against the allocation of five acres of highly valuable public land, with a market value ranging from Rs 135 crore to Rs 200 crore, in Rangareddy district for just Rs 7 crore to Tessaract Advanced Systems Private Limited, a company involving family members of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.
MLCs Dasoju Sravan Kumar and Mankena Kotireddy, MLAs Kaleru Venkatesh, Mutha Gopal and Sanjay Kalvakuntla, and BRS Social Media Convenor Manne Krishank submitted the complaint in person.
The delegation submitted “evidence” that the company, described as a “shell” firm with no employees, paid‑up capital of just Rs 1 lakh and a fake phone number, was allotted high‑value government land.
The delegation demanded that pending an inquiry, the allocation of five acres of land in Raviryal must be cancelled. It sought a comprehensive probe under the Lokayukta Act into the roles of Industries Minister Duddilla Sridhar Babu and TGIIC officials.
According to the representation, the Chief Minister’s younger brother Kondal Reddy stated in his verified LinkedIn profile that he is an industrialist building aerospace and defence capabilities through Tessaract. He officially participated in international platforms such as the US‑India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) and the US Congressional Staff Delegation Roundtable as Chairman of Tessaract Advanced Systems.
The BRS leaders said Kondal Reddy’s son, Nayan Reddy, declared in his verified profile that he has worked as the full‑time Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tessaract since January 2025. Two individuals from the same family took control of the company as Chairman and CEO nearly five months before the land allocation in June 2025, they said.
The Lokayukta was told that although the company has been claiming it is engaged in aerospace, defence precision manufacturing, forging and casting, a ground‑level inspection revealed it is actually just a small godown/shop‑front unit.
The BRS cited the annual report/board return the company submitted for the financial year ending March 31, 2025, which states it has zero employees.
The delegation said that while the website clearly listed a fake phone number, “+1 2345 6789,” after BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao exposed it with evidence, the number was silently changed overnight.
