Jaipur, July 11 (IANS) Rajasthan Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham on Saturday said that achieving the vision of a developed India and a developed Rajasthan requires the collective efforts of the government, industry, and the public, and urged every individual to define their role in the nation’s progress.
Speaking in Jaipur under the ‘Rising Rajasthan’ initiative, he said that in the realm of Artificial Intelligence, automation, and robotics, India is no longer solely dependent on foreign technology; instead, it is developing its own technology poised to guide the world.
Bedham noted that PM Modi has pledged to transform India into a developed nation by 2047, and the Rajasthan government is working rapidly toward this goal.
He said that Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has initiated work on the vision of a ‘Developed Rajasthan,’ and emphasised that every individual in society must define their role to achieve the goals of a developed India and a developed Rajasthan.
“The objective of development can only be realised through the collective efforts of the government, industry, and the general public,” he said.
Earlier, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma inaugurated and laid the foundation stones for development projects worth approximately Rs 880 crore in Kekri, Ajmer district, asserting that the state’s “double-engine government” is accelerating infrastructure development and improving public services across Rajasthan.
Addressing a public gathering, Sharma said the state government has prepared a roadmap for key sectors including water, electricity, roads, education, healthcare, and employment, and that the results are now visible on the ground.
He said the Prime Minister’s vision of Viksit Bharat is centred on building world-class infrastructure and improving the lives of ordinary citizens, and that Rajasthan is moving rapidly towards that goal through sustained investments in roads, railways, airports, water projects, and social welfare.
